Extremely attractive collection of fifteen different cards from the legendary T206 White Border set, each graded and encapsulated by PSA, highlighted by Hal Chase, Chick Gandil, and Southern Leaguer Arch Persons. All have Piedmont or Sweet Caporal advertising backs except for two Polar Bear, one Sovereign, and one Old Mill. PSA Grading Composite: Three EX 5: Chase/holding trophy, Rhoades/right arm extended (Sovereign 350), and Wilhelm/hands at chest. Eleven VG-EX 4: Abstein, J. Barry, Campbell, Dessau, Frill, Gandil (Black Sox, Polar Bear), Lennox, Lumley, Persons (Southern Leaguer, Old Mill), Pickering (Polar Bear), and Snodgrass/batting. One VG 3: Ford. All cards present with bold colors and light wear to the corners. This is a very pleasing collection of cards from the T206 White Border series, the most popular and widely collected set of the 1910 era. The total SMR value in the assigned grades is $1,695.
