Outstanding complete set of twelve cards from the rare 1901 W. & F. Faulkner "Golf Terms" set, each graded and encapsulated by PSA. This is an extremely attractive set of these very rare and colorful tobacco cards. Each card in the set features a colorful illustration of a golf scene with a humorous caption. The back of each card is blank. This set currently ranks sixth on the PSA Set Registry. The PSA grades are as follows: One EX-MT 6: A Nasty Lie. Three EX 5: A Rub of the Green, Giving It Socks (MK), and Two to One Against Bogey. Two VG-EX+ 4.5: Caught in a Bunker and Two Up and One to Play. Two VG 3: A Tee Caddie and Well Forward. Three GOOD 2: A Halved Match, Agriculture, and Fore!. One PR 1: Pressed From Behind (MK). This is a very attractive set, with magnificent artwork, popular subject matter, and strong eye-appeal.
