1909-1911 T206 White Border Hall of Fame PSA-Graded Collection (15)

Starting Bid - $1,000, Sold For - $3,600

Collection of fifteen Hall of Famers from the T206 White Borders series, each graded and encapsulated by PSA. All have Piedmont or Sweet Caporal advertising backs except for one Polar Bear. Hall of Famers are naturally a very distinctive and popular subset of T206. This striking collection is a particularly desirable assemblage representing approximately twenty percent of the different Hall of Fame players within the set. This collection consists of the following: Two VG-EX+ 4.5: Crawford/with bat (Polar Bear) and Evers/with bat, Cubs on shirt. Ten VG-EX 4: Crawford/throwing, G. Davis, Jennings/both hands showing, Kelley, Marquard/follow-through, McGinnity, McGraw/glove at hip, Tinker/bat off shoulder, Willis/throwing, and Willis/with bat. Two VG+ 3.5: Chance/batting and Lajoie/with bat. One GOOD 2: Keeler/with bat. All cards are bright and clean. Each of these cards is worthy of inclusion in any classic Hall of Fame card collection, or high-quality T206 collection or set. These cards have been chosen from a large collection of T206 cards which we have organized by theme and condition. This is a superb collection of fifteen attractive T206 Hall of Famers! The total SMR value in the assigned grades (factoring in the four half grades at the lower whole-grade level) is $3,000. Total: 15 cards. Reserve $1,000. Estimate $2,000+. SOLD FOR $3,600
