Outstanding pair of sample cards from two popular nineteenth-century sets, each professionally graded and encapsulated. 1) 1887 N284 Buchner Gold Coin: Jerry Denny (Indianapolis). Graded VG-EX 4 by PSA. Bright colors, even wear to the corners, and centered to the bottom right. 2) 1888 N43 Allen & Ginter: Chas. H. Getzin. Graded FAIR 1.5 by GAI. Presents as Vg-Ex, with bold colors, outstanding centering, and even wear to the corners. Downgraded due to an inconspicuous pinhole in the center.
