1975 Hostess Complete Panel Set (50 panels, 150 cards): #6 PSA Set Registry!

Starting Bid - $300, Sold For - $840

Complete set of 1975 Hostess in panel form, entirely graded and encapsulated by PSA. This set would rank as the #6 All-Time Finest on the PSA Set Registry with a GPA of 7.03. In 1975 Hostess issued this landmark set of 150 cards on the bottom of boxes of Hostess snack-cake products, with one three-card panel appearing on the bottom of each box. This was the very first of the Hostess sets. The set was sensationally successful, and collectors all over the country were seen stocking up on Hostess products. (One could not even attend a card convention without seeing Hostess cakes being eaten, for sale, or offered free-of-charge at numerous tables.) A complete set in panel form, as presented here, features all 150 player cards on fifty different panels.

This panel is otherwise in Ex condition.
