1909-1911 T206 White Border PSA-Graded Hall of Fame Collection (9)

Starting Bid - $300, Sold For - $1,080

Presented is a collection of nine cards from the classic T206 White Border series comprised exclusively of Hall of Famers. Each card is graded and encapsulated by PSA. All cards have Piedmont or Sweet Caporal advertising reverses (unless otherwise noted). This collection consists of the following: Clarke/holding bat (VG-EX 4), Clarke/portrait (VG 3), Davis (GOOD+ 2.5), two Griffith/portrait (EX 5 [MC] and VG-EX 4), Joss/pitching (Authentic, Polar Bear), Marquard/follow through (VG-EX 4), McGraw/glove at hip (VG-EX 4), and Wallace (VG 3 [MC]). This collection presents an outstanding opportunity to acquire nine magnificent Hall of Fame cards in varying very respectable grades from the legendary T206 set, the most popular and widely collected prewar-card set in existence, at a fraction of the cost of higher-graded examples. The total SMR value for just six cards (excluding the two qualified cards and the one card graded Authentic) is $1,090. Total: 9 cards. Reserve $300. Estimate $500/$1,000. SOLD FOR $1,080
