Graded EX 60 by SGC. Extremely attractive high-grade example of this classic tobacco card of Hall of Famer Ty Cobb with a Piedmont back. The T206 Ty Cobb bat-on-shoulder pose is one of the most classic of all prewar tobacco cards. Bright and crisp, with bold colors, flawless registration, and four strong corners. Centered slightly to the left, with a small, green printer's dot located to the left of Cobb's head. The Piedmont reverse is clean with bold blue print and no tobacco stains. This is a superb example of the legendary Ty Cobb from the most popular set of the era in exceptionally high grade, worthy of the finest T206 set or Ty Cobb or Hall of Fame collection.
