1897 Cameo Pepsin Gum Fred Tenney Pin

Cameo Pepsin Gum pin of Fred Tenney of the Boston Beaneaters. Incredibly, this pin was recently discovered by a New England antiques dealer, who by chance found two Cameo Pepsin pins in an estate he purchased. (The other, an extraordinary new checklist addition of Hall of Famer Sam Thompson, appears separately in this auction.) The pin is Excellent overall, with a clean surface, strong contrast, and light foxing. The reverse paper label is completely intact. Manufactured by Whitehead & Hoag. Diameter: 1.25 inches.
