1964 New York Yankees American League Champions Salesman's Sample Ring

1964 New York Yankees American League Champions ring issued as a salesman's sample by Balfour. This 14K gold ring was designed to replicate those presented to members of the Yankees and was used by the company's salesmen to show prospective clients the quality of Balfour's work. The top features the Yankees "top hat" logo (adorned with faux diamonds, rubies, and sapphires), while the lettering around the bezel reads "American League Champions." Each shank is identical in design and displays the year, "1964," above a representation of a baseball. Interior engravings read "Balfour," "14K," the name "Bank," and an inventory number "SA-69698."
