Rare 1913 Ty Cobb They All Know Cobb Sheet Music

Starting Bid - $200, Sold For - $720

They All Know Cobb, published in 1913, is notable both for its beautiful design and rarity. The colorful cover features a photo of Cobb in a batting pose set against an illustrated floral backdrop that includes various examples of baseball equipment. This is one of the premier baseball sheet musics of the era and one of only a few examples we have ever seen over the years. Written and published by William Murphy, who is also pictured on the cover with Cobb. The sheet music (10.75 x 13.5 inches) displays a few minor imperfections, including tiny edge tears and some light surface wrinkles. The name of a former owner ("Walter F. Dennison") is stamped on both the cover and an interior page. In Very Good condition overall.
