1950s Baseball Autograph Album with Many Hall of Famers Including Robinson and Campanella!

This 21-page vintage autograph book, which was compiled during the 1950s, features the signatures of 162 different baseball players, including eleven Hall of Famers (ten different). Sixty-four signatures are rendered in ink (blue or green), with the remainder executed in pencil. Nineteen of the signatures (seventeen ink; two pencil) appear on five separate cut sheets that have been affixed to the album pages; all of the others are appear directly on the album pages (three signatures appear on the front cover). With few exceptions, all of the pages have signatures on the front and back. Signatures range from "7" to "10," averaging "9." A number of the players are represented twice, with the number of signatures for that player, if more than one, noted in parentheses. Hall of Fame Players (11): Hank Aaron (signed "Henry Aaron"), Lou Boudreau, Roy Campanella, Bucky Harris, George Kell, Ted Lyons (2), Eddie Mathews, Bill McKechnie, Jackie Robinson, and Duke Snider. Notable Non Hall of Fame Players: Harry Agganis, Gus Bell, Joe Black, Milt Bolling, Ray Boone, Rocky Bridges, Tex Cleveger, Walker Cooper, Jim Delsing, Dom DiMaggio, Chuck Dressen, Walt Dropo, Carl Erskine, Bob Friend, Carl Furillo, Sid Gordon, Steve Gromek, Fred Hatfield, Grady Hatton, Gil Hodges, Billy Hoeft, Johnny Hopp (2), Sid Hudson, Ed Joost, Bill Kennedy, Ellis Kinder, Ted Kluszewski, Clem Labine (2), Billy Loes, Dale Long, Mickey Owen, Joe Nuxhall, Mel Parnell, Camilo Pascual, Jim Pendleton, Jim Piersall, Johnny Podres, Wally Post, Schoolboy Rowe (2), Andy Semenick, Roy Sievers (2), Sibby Sisti, Gene Stephens, Chuck Stobbs, Johnny Temple, Wayne Terwilliger, Frank Thomas, Dizzy Trout, and Mickey Vernon. The soft-cover book (6 x 4.5 inches) is lightly toned, with a few scattered areas (both on the interior and exterior) of light discoloration.
