1969 Topps "Man on the Moon" PSA-Graded Near-Complete Set (53/55)

Presented is an outstanding ultra high-grade complete set (minus two) of "Man on the Moon" trading cards consisting of fifty-three different cards from this popular nonsport set issued by Topps at the height of excitement generated by space exploration. Missing only #15 and 47 for completion. The front of each card features a brilliant color photograph capturing some facet of the space program during the 1960s, ranging from test missions and simulations to actual images from space as seen by orbiting crews. The final card in the set is dedicated to the crew of Apollo 11, who would become the first men on the moon on July 20, 1969. The entire set is graded and encapsulated by PSA. PSA Grading Composite: MINT 9 (11 cards): #10 (OC), 14 (OC), 17 (ST), 22 (OC), 28, 33 (OC), 36 (OC), 46 (ST), 52 (OC), 54 (OC), and 55 (OC). NM-MT+ 8.5 (1 card): #50.
