New York Mets Collection - 1962 Yearbook, 1969 World Series Program, and 1960 Tom Seaver High School Yearbook

This diverse New York Mets periodical collection is comprised of three extremely significant items relating to Mets history: 1962 Mets yearbook, a 1969 Mets World Series program, and a 1960 high-school yearbook from Tom Seaver's sophomore year. 1) 1962 New York Mets yearbook. First yearbook in franchise history. Ex, with moderate handling wear. 8.5 x 11 inches. 2) 1969 New York Mets World Series program. First World Championship in franchise history. Not scored, but the lineups and all of the totals have been neatly filled in to record the Mets' 5-0 victory in Game 3 (first home World Series game in franchise history). Ex-Mt. 3) 1960 Fresno High School Yearbook. This was the yearbook from Tom Seaver's sophomore year, and he is pictured a few times, including in a group photo with his classmates and as a member of the junior varsity baseball team.
