1928 F50 Yuengling's Ice Cream Tris Speaker PSA NM-MT 8 - Highest Graded!

Starting Bid - $200, Sold For - $593

Graded NM-MT 8 by PSA. High-grade example of Hall of Famer Tris Speaker from the F50 Yuengling's Ice Cream set. One of seven examples graded at this level with none higher. This is an extremely attractive example with perfect centering, four sharp corners, a crisp, clean image, and a boldly printed reverse. Yuengling's Ice Cream cards are one of the few issues of the late 1920s and are identical in design to several other contemporary sets (Harrington's, Tharp’s, Sweetman, etc.), all of which are distinguished by the advertising on the reverse. Speaker, who spent time with several teams, including the Cleveland Indians and Boston Red Sox, is one of the many Hall of Famers featured in the F50 series. This is an outstanding high-grade example of Hall of Famer Tris Speaker from this rare and distinctive 1920s issue. Reserve $200. Estimate $400+. SOLD FOR $593
