Presented is a fascinating collection of eleven different quality prewar cards, comprised exclusively of Hall of Famers, spanning the years 1909 to 1934 and including representation from six different highly regarded issues. Each card is professionally graded and encapsulated by PSA (three) or SGC (eight). This collection consists of the following: 1-3) 1909-1911 T206 White Border: Bender/portrait (SGC VG/EX 50), Joss/portrait (PSA GOOD 2), and Walsh (PSA GOOD 2). 4-6) 1909-1911 E254 Colgan's Chips: Cobb (SGC FAIR 20), Joss (SGC VG 40), and Wagner (PSA GOOD 2). 7-8) 1911 T201 Mecca Cigarettes: Evers/Chance (SGC FAIR 20) and Matthewson/Bridwell (SGC GOOD 30). 9) 1913 WG6 Tom Barker Game: Nap Lajoie (SGC EX 60). 10) 1933 R319 Goudey: #76 Mickey Cochrane (SGC VG 40). 11) 1934 R320 Goudey: #61 Lou Gehrig (SGC GOOD 30). This is a very interesting and substantial collection of Hall of Famers from six different classic card issues from the prewar era, representing an outstanding collecting value.
