1912 T207 Brown Background Ward Miller PSA NM-MT 8 - 1 of 1 - Highest Graded!

Starting Bid - $2,500, Sold For - $13,035

Graded NM-MT 8 by PSA. This is the ONLY example graded at this level with none graded higher. Extremely attractive ultra high-grade example of the rare Ward Miller (Chicago) card from the T207 set. Ward Miller (Chicago) is among the rarest cards in the entire set. While the Lowdermilk is the most famous of all the rarities in the T207 set, because it was originally listed in the American Card Catalog as the only rare card in the set, many advanced collectors consider Miller (Chicago) equally as difficult to find. The offered card is exceptional in every way. Bright, crisp, and clean, with a flawless image, four sharp corners, and perfect centering. The back is also entirely clean and features a desirable Cycle Cigarettes advertisement printed boldly in red. While collectors recognize many cards as being of various degrees of rarity in the T207 set, Miller (Chicago) will always be recognized as one of the key rarities of the set. This is a phenomenal ultra high-grade example of this rare card that would be a tremendous upgrade or addition to any world-class T207 or prewar-card collection. The SMR value in the assigned grade is $12,750. Reserve $2,500. Estimate $5,000/$10,000. SOLD FOR $13,035
