1965 Fleer "Bullwinkle Tattoo Transfers" Display Box and Unopened Pack

Starting Bid - $200, Sold For - $356

"And now, here's something we hope you'll really like..." Outstanding pair of items from the obscure 1965 Fleer "Bullwinkle Tattoo Transfers" series. You're more likely to see Bullwinkle pull a rabbit out of a hat than find these gems in this condition elsewhere: 1) Original unopened paper pack housing one character tattoo transfer. The pack is bright and clean with an image of Bullwinkle on front and the set name in red. Graded and encapsulated NM-MT+ 8.5 by GAI. 2) Original one-cent display box designed to house 120 paper packs. Extremely attractive bright yellow box with character illustrations on the top and side panels along with the set name printed in white and yellow against a red backdrop. Little to no shelf wear visible. Graded and encapsulated NM 7 by GAI. Extremely attractive display box and unopened pack pair, appearing almost exactly as they did nearly fifty years ago, which would make superb additions to any advanced nonsport collection. Total: 2 items (one box and one pack). Reserve $200. Estimate (open). SOLD FOR $356
