1909 T204 Ramly Tobacco Doc Newton SGC EX/NM+ 82 - 1 of 1 - Highest Graded!

Starting Bid - $300, Sold For - $1,185

Graded EX/NM+ 82 by SGC (submitted by REA). This is the ONLY example graded at this level with none higher. Superb high-grade example of Doc Newton of the New York Highlanders from the T204 Ramly series. Ramlys are among the most condition-sensitive sets in existence with fragile gold borders easily susceptible to chipping. The offered example displays near-perfect centering, virtually flawless gold borders (three tiny areas of white are visible on the extreme left edge), and sharp corners showing only tiny hints of wear. Bright and clean with a crisp image and a boldly printed reverse (centered to the right). This is an extremely attractive example that would be a significant addition or upgrade to any T204 Ramly or vintage-card collection. Reserve $300. Estimate $500+. SOLD FOR $1,185
