Complete PSA-graded set of fifty cards from the 1923 Burstein Isaacs “Famous Prize Fighters” (Capitals) boxing-card set. The offered set ranks first Current and All-Time Finest on the PSA Set Registry with an overall GPA of 5.46. An astounding forty-one of the fifty cards in this set are the highest-graded examples ever evaluated by PSA. Issued in Britain with Empress Cigarettes, these black-and-white cards feature simple photos of famous fighters on front along with biographical information on the reverse. PSA Grading Composite: NM 7 (5 cards): #6, 11 Johnson, 19, 39, and 41. EX-MT+ 6.5 (3 cards): #9 Willard, 42, and 45.
