2010 Andrew McCutchen Pittsburgh Crawfords Game-Used Jersey and Cap

On June 21, 2010, the Detroit Tigers held their 16th annual Negro Leagues tribute game in which both the Tigers and their opponents wear uniforms that replicate the style used by the old Negro League clubs of their respective cities The Tigers wore the uniforms of the Detroit Stars, while their opponent that afternoon, the Pittsburgh Pirates, donned the uniforms of the old Pittsburgh Crawfords. Offered here is the very jersey and hat worn by Pirates center fielder Andrew McCutchen in that game. Both the jersey and hat have been authenticated by Major League Baseball and bear an affixed MLB hologram label (#FJ033194 for the jersey and #FJ033221 for the cap). The gray knit jersey, with red pinstripes, is lettered "Crawford" across the front and features the number "22" on the reverse. Both the letters and numerals have been appliquéd in red tackle twill. An "AIS 44" label appears on the left front tail. The red cap features the letter "C" on the front and has McCutchen's uniform number ("22") written in black marker on the underside of the brim. Both items displays light use, as expected for a single-game garment. McCutchen, who was in just his second full major league season in 2010, managed a single in five at bats in the Pirates 4-3 extra-inning loss to the Tigers that day. Reserve $300.
