1991-1997 Ken Griffey Jr. Signed Pro-Model Bat

Ken Griffey Jr. Louisville Slugger signature-model ("C271") bat dating from the 1991-1997 manufacturing period. Inscribed "Ken Griffey Jr. #24" in silver paint pen (grading "9/10") on the sweet spot of the barrel. The bat, which is not cracked, displays moderate use along its entire length, including a few light ball marks, rack marks, and a wrap of white tape, done in Griffey's trademark "crisscross" pattern, extending 8.5 inches up the handle. Griffey was one of the game's top sluggers between the years 1991 and 1997, recording 40 or more home runs on four separate occasions. In 1997 he recorded career-high totals in both home runs (56) and RBI (147). He finished his career in 2010 with 630 home runs and 1,836 RBI. Length: 34.5 inches. Weight: 30 ounces.
