Program issued for the 1939 All-Star Game, held at Yankee Stadium on July 11th, scored by Hall of Fame pitcher Kid Nichols. The notation, "All Star Game July 11th 1939," is neatly printed on the cover in black ink. The interior scorecard section has been scored in pencil to record the American League's 3-1 win. Nichols has noted the pitchers of record, as well as each team's run, hit, and error totals, in black ink on each respective scoring page. The eight-page program (6.5 x 10 inches) displays a light vertical fold and is otherwise in Excellent to Mint condition. LOA from James Spence/JSA.
