1962 Topps Complete Set (598) Plus 18 Variations

Starting Bid - $500, Sold For - $2,700

37% Ex-Mt (including some Nr/Mt), 54% Vg-Ex to Ex, 7% Vg, and 2% color added. The 1962 Topps set has a well-deserved reputation for being the era's most condition-sensitive issue. This is a very pleasing mid-grade complete set of this classic (which, as can easily be seen by the condition composite, includes many high-grade cards as well), with all the great stars of the era. Also included are eighteen variations: ten "green tints" and variations for #129, 132, 139 (x2), 147, 174, 176, and 190. Consigned from an old-time collection! We have selected six cards to be graded and encapsulated by SGC.
