Collection of twenty-five cards from fifteen different issues spanning the years 1933 to 1941, highlighted by ten Hall of Famers, including Joe DiMaggio, Lou Gehrig, and Ted Williams. This is an eclectic group of cards, which features samples from several mainstream sets, such as Goudey, Diamond Stars, and Play Ball, as well as several other more unusual sets, such as George C. Miller, Eclipse Import, and Schutter-Johnson. We have selected two cards to be graded and encapsulated by SGC. This is an unusual and fascinating group of cards, providing a superb sampling of 1930s and 1940s issues and containing several notable highlights. Total: 25 cards.

The items in this lot are part of the deaccessioned property of a prominent northeast museum which has selected Robert Edward Auctions to handle the sale of donated sportscards and memorabilia in an effort to fund purchases more in line with the mission and goals of the museum.
