1941-1956 Brooklyn Dodgers Ticket Collection Including Unusual Rarities (9)

Collection of nine tickets to various Brooklyn Dodgers tickets spanning the years 1941 through 1956. 1) 1941 Brooklyn Dodgers World Series full-ticket proof. Full ticket to Game "Z" of the 1941 World Series held at Ebbets Field. This is a proof and bears the word "Void" punched-out on either end. 7.25 x 2.25 inches. Nr-Mt. 2-3) Pair of 1941 regular-season Brooklyn Dodgers ticket stubs. Not dated, but noted in red that the tickets are for "Night Game 3 1941." 1.25 x 3 inches. Each Vg. 4) Brooklyn Dodgers pass that is good for "General Admission - One Lady to Main Grand Stand" for a game against the Boston Braves on April 21, 1942. 4.25 x 2.5 inches. Nr-Mt. 5-6) Pair of circa 1940s Brooklyn Dodgers regular-season ticket stubs. Each stub is for "Game 22" and bears Branch Rickey's facsimile signature at the base. 1.25 x 2.75 inches. Each Ex-Mt. 7-8) Pair of circa 1940s Brooklyn Dodgers passes. These two passes, which were issued by local Brooklyn grocery stores in conjunction with Colgate, granted admission to a Dodgers game at Ebbets Field on either June 20th or June 27th. 6 x 2.5 inches. We have never seen these before and suspect they are extremely rare! Each ticket displays diagonal creases in the lower left corner. Vg overall. 9)Full ticket to the Dodgers 1956 "Welcome Home" dinner, sponsored by "Dodger Knot-Hole Club, Inc." at the Hotel St. George on April 16, 1956. The Dodgers won the 1955 World Series and this ticket proudly refers to the club as the "World Champion Brooklyn Dodgers." 6.25 x 2.75 inches. Paper loss and paper residue on the reverse from having once been mounted, and then removed, from an album; otherwise Ex. Total: 9 tickets. SOLD FOR $360
