Hinchliffe Stadium Negro League Ticket and Stadium Pin

Pair of rare souvenirs from Hinchliffe Stadium (located in Paterson, New Jersey), former home of both the New York Black Yankees (1934-1937 and 1938-1945) and New York Cubans (1935 and 1936). 1) Complimentary pass, undated, to a "National Colored League" Saturday game at Hinchliffe Stadium. The paper pass (3.75 x 2.75 inches) displays a vertical fold and is in Very Good to Excellent condition. 2) Pinback button, fashioned in the likeness of a baseball, conferring membership in the "Hinchliffe Stadium Knot Hole League." The button (2 inches in diameter) is complete with its original Whitehead & Hoag paper backing. Near Mint condition. Total: 2 items (pass and button). SOLD FOR $240
