1910 E125 American Caramel Die-cut Art Devlin SGC EX 60 - Highest Graded!

Starting Bid - $300, Sold For - $840

Graded EX 60 by SGC. Rare high-grade E125 American Caramel sample card featuring Art Devlin (fielding) of the New York Giants of the National League. In addition to being the highest-graded E125 example of Devlin, this is one of only three E125s (of any player) to be graded EX 60 by SGC, with only two examples higher (out of 108 cards evaluated to date). A virtually flawless example for an E125 (these cards almost always have at least minor condition problems) with absolutely no creases or tiny surface wrinkles. The reverse, with advertisement and checklist, is bright and perfectly clean. The stand-up tabs are intact and have never even been folded back. E125 die-cuts are among the rarest of all 1910-era candy issues. This is an outstanding and simply remarkable ultra high-grade sample card from this rare and distinctive 1910-era baseball die-cut caramel-card set. SOLD FOR $840
