1909-1911 T206 George Perring PSA NM-MT 8 (Harris Collection)

Starting Bid - $300.00, Sold For - $2,666.25

Graded NM-MT 8 by PSA. One of only two examples graded at this level by PSA with none graded higher. Extremely high-grade PSA example of George Perring. Bright and crisp, with four sharp corners and extremely bold colors. Clean and boldly printed Piedmont 350 reverse with just the slightest hint of a stain in upper left corner. In our opinion, this card has a very slight trim across the top border, though someone else could have a different opinion. We have found that at auction, cards from extremely popular sets with very low populations in the highest grades can often sell for far more than SMR, and this is especially the case with classic vintage sets such as the T206 White Borders. SMR is $975. Reserve $300. Estimate $500+.
