1909-1911 T206 Ty Cobb - Bat Off Shoulder

Starting Bid - $300.00, Sold For - $1,540.50

Graded VG/EX 50 by SGC. A very sharp example of one of Ty Cobb's most classic cards. The T206 Ty Cobb bat-off-shoulder pose is one of the key cards in the set. This card displays even wear on the corners (a little more wear on the lower left), extremely vibrant colors, no creases, and is centered to the right. The Piedmont advertising on reverse is boldly printed. This is a very attractive technically mid-grade example. The equivalent SMR value is $1,325. Reserve $300. Estimate $500/$1,000+. SOLD FOR $1,540.50
