1964 Kahn's Wieners Complete Set (31)

Starting Bid - $300, Sold For - $948

Complete set of thirty-one 1964 Kahn's Weiners cards. Twenty cards range from grade Ex-Mt to Nr/Mt-Mt, eleven cards are lesser. This striking, colorful, and very scarce 1960s regional issue features players from the Reds, Pirates, and Indians. Five cards have been graded by PSA: Clemente (EX 5), Mazeroski (EX 5), 45on (NM 7), Robinson (VG-EX 4), and Rose (NM 7). This is a remarkably crisp high-grade set of this popular and attractive issue, with all of the key cards in the set particularly strong. Kahn's Weiners cards are far rarer than most 1960s baseball cards, and are one of the few food issues of the era. The SMR value of just four PSA-graded cards (not including the one PSA VG-EX and the twenty-six ungraded cards) is $480. Total: 31 cards. Reserve $300. Estimate $500+. SOLD FOR $948
