1935 St. Louis Cardinals Team-Signed Ball

Official National League (Frick) ball signed in black fountain pen by the following twenty-one members of the 1935 St. Louis Cardinals: D. Dean (“2/3”), Durocher, Frisch, Haines, Medwick (sweet spot), P. Dean (sweet spot), Heusser (sweet spot), Martin (clubhouse signature), Orsatti, O’Farrell, Hallahan, Walker, Moore, P. Collins, Whitehead, Rothrock, Gelbert, Eckert, R. Collins, DeLancey, and one other (illegible). Signatures range from “1” to “8,” averaging “6.” All of the manufacturer’s stampings remain bold and legible. The ball has been coated with a layer of protective shellac and is otherwise in Excellent condition. LOA from James Spence/JSA. Reserve $300. Estimate $500/$1,000. SOLD FOR $474
