1909-1911 T206 Vive Lindaman - PSA MINT 9

Starting Bid - $800, Sold For - $4,994

Graded MINT 9 by PSA. One of only three examples graded at this level by PSA with none graded higher. Offered is an ultra high-grade, crisp, and perfectly clean gem T206 example of Lindaman (Boston Nat'l.) with flawless colors, four pack-fresh corners, and snow-white borders. Centered slightly to the left border (40/60). Bright, crisp, and perfectly clean, both front and back, with extremely bold blue printing on the Piedmont reverse. The back is centered to the right. This is a very rarely offered world-class Mint example from the popular T206 series. Out of over 115,000 T206s graded by PSA, as of this date only 265 have been graded PSA MINT 9 and only thirteen have been graded PSA GEM MINT 10. We have found that at auction cards from extremely popular sets with very low populations in the highest grades often sell for far more than SMR, and this is especially the case with classic vintage sets such as the T206 White Borders. SMR is $2,500. Reserve $800. Estimate $1,500/$2,500. SOLD FOR $4,994
