1909-1911 E90-1 American Caramel PSA- and SGC-Graded Collection (34)

Starting Bid - $500, Sold For - $1,410

Collection of thirty-four different E90-1 American Caramel cards, including two Hall of Famers, each graded and encapsulated by PSA or SGC (except one GAI). The E90-1 set is the most widely collected of all 1910-era caramel issues. This is a mixed-grade collection, representing almost 30% of a complete set, with condition ranging from Poor to Vg. The collection consists of the following: Bailey (PSA GOOD 2), Bender (HOF, FAIR 20), Bransfield/"P" on shirt (FAIR 20), Bridwell (PSA VG 3), Bush (GOOD 30), Chase (PSA PR 1), Criger (PSA GOOD 2), H. Davis (POOR 10), Demmitt (FAIR 20), Dooin (GOOD 30), Dygert (GOOD 30), Engle (Authentic), Gibson/front view (FAIR 20), Hartzell/fielding (GOOD 30), Heitmuller (POOR 10), Howell/follow thru (PSA VG 3), Jennings (HOF, POOR 10), Krause (GOOD 30), Leach/batting (FAIR 20), Lumley (PSA VG 3), McIntyre (GAI PR 1), McQuillan (POOR 10), Miller (FAIR 20), Mitchell/NY (GOOD 30), Mullin (FAIR 20), Oakes (GOOD 30), Phelps (PSA GOOD 2), Stanage (VG 40), Stone/no hand (PSA GOOD 2), Stovall (PSA GOOD 2), Summers (GOOD 30), Sweeney/NY (FAIR 20), Tannehill/Chicago A.L. (PSA PR 1), and Wiltse (GOOD 30). This is a very substantial group of the most widely collected and popular of all 1910-era caramel-card sets. Overall very consistent and reasonably uniform in grade. The equivalent SMR value for the assigned grades (not including the one SGC Authentic) is $2,025. Total: 34 cards. Reserve $500. Estimate $1,000/$1,500. SOLD FOR $1,410
