Collection of Signed Boxing Photos with Marciano (3)

Collection of three boxing photos, each signed by a former heavyweight champion. 1) Rocky Marciano. Original Associated Press wire photo, dated February 14, 1952, picturing Marciano in the ring against Lee Savold. Signed by Marciano in blue ink (grading "10") atop his image. This photo is from Marciano's first fight that year. Nine months later, on September 23rd, Marciano defeated Jersey Joe Walcott for the heavyweight championship of the world. The photo (7 x 9 inches) displays a few small, light creases. Vg-Ex (displays as Nr/Mt). Matted and framed to total dimensions of 13 x 15.5 inches. 2) Max Baer. Original sepia photo (5 x 7 inches) capturing Baer in a posed boxing stance. Inscribed in blue fountain pen (grading "10") "To Paul/Best of Luck/Sincerely/Max Baer/1940." Light corner and edge wear, otherwise Nr-Mt. 3) Floyd Patterson. Black-and-white publicity print (8.5 x 11) on thin glossy stock. Inscribed in blue ink (grading "10") "To Quinn Everson/Sincere best wishes for a happy and healthy life/your friend/Floyd Patterson." Ex, with light surface wrinkles. Total: 3 photos.
