1903 E107 Breisch-Williams Vic Willis HOF Rookie

Starting Bid - $500, Sold For - $2,350

Graded POOR 10 by SGC. Extremely rare E107 Breisch-Williams series card featuring Hall of Fame pitcher Vic Willis from the Boston Beaneaters of the National League. This card is widely recognized as Willis' rookie card as it is the first standard card issue featuring the legendary Hall of Fame pitcher. The E107 Breisch-Williams set includes many players that appear in no other issues, and is all the more significant to advanced collectors as it also features the first cards ever issued for many important players, including Vic Willis. This is an extremely rare low-grade Hall of Fame rookie example from one of card collecting's most significant sets. Reserve $500. Estimate $1,000/$2,000. SOLD FOR $2,350
