1909-1911 T206 Bill Dahlen - Boston PSA NM-MT 8

Starting Bid - $300, Sold For - $2,350

Graded NM-MT 8 by PSA. Boston variation. One of only two examples graded at this level, with only two graded higher. This is a particularly stunning card. Bright and crisp, both front and back. The card has extremely bold colors, four sharp corners, and is centered very slightly to the left, with an ever-so-slight hint of a diamond cut. This is a beautiful high-grade example with an image that really "pops." We have found that at auction cards from extremely popular sets with very low populations in the highest grades often sell for far more than SMR, and this is especially the case with classic vintage sets such as the T206 White Borders. Sovereign advertising on the perfectly clean reverse with bold green print. SMR is $850. Reserve $300. Estimate $500++. SOLD FOR $2,350
