Very attractive mid-grade set of 1941 Play Ball: Sixty-four cards range from Vg to Vg-Ex, the remaining eight cards are in Gd condition. This classic seventy-two-card set includes many Hall of Famers and stars, including Joe DiMaggio and Ted Williams.Keys: #1 Miller (Gd-Vg), 6 Hubbell (Vg), 8 Ott (Vg), 10 Vaughan (Vg to Vg-Ex), 13 Foxx (Vg to Vg-Ex), 14 Williams (Gd-Vg due to corner wear, 65/35 R/L centering, small background blemish, no creases), 15 Cronin (Gd), 18 Greenberg (Vg), 19 Gehringer (Vg-Ex), 20 Ruffing (slight trim, otherwise Vg), 39 Henrich (Vg-Ex), 54 Reese RC (Gd-Vg), 60 Klein (possible slight trim, otherwise Ex), 61 V. DiMaggio (miscut, otherwise Vg-Ex/Ex), 63 D. DiMaggio (Ex), 64 Doerr (possible slight trim, otherwise Ex), 70 Dickey (Vg to Vg-Ex), 71 J.
